Azbil’s Gas Independent CDG Model V8C is ideal for accurate and stable absolute pressure measurement, especially in deposition processes like CVD. Newly developed sensors and baffles can be selected for the Model V8C, reducing deposits on the sapphire diaphragm. With our sensor, the amount of zero point shift has been reduced to one-tenth that of our conventional products, offering higher flexibility with the given zero point stability and significantly reducing the machine’s maintenance interval.

The model V8C high-speed response time is as fast as 1 ms.  It’s polynomial operation capability allows temperature correction over a wide range. Self heating temperatures can be set in a range of 45-200° C. The heat dissipating structure of the model V8C enable it to be installed vertically or horizontally.
