The Model F4H is a high-performance compact digital mass flow controller with advanced functions, featuring high-speed and wide-range flow rate control and 1%SP accuracy. The power supply is isolated from the signal circuit, so power supply noise can’t affect analog signals. It’s designed for high noise tolerance, ensuring reliable performance.

Effectively utilize digital communication

Upload useful information for fault diagnosis with F4H communication features. With a smart device gateway (NX-SVG), the model F4H communicates with any programmable logic controller.

High noise tolerance

The signal circuit is isolated from the power supply, so noise from power wiring has no effect on signals.

The ability to communicate digital with programmable logic controllers eliminates the need for an analog I/O model.
