Model C7G Multi-loop Controller
The Model C7G Multi-loop Controller with Multifunction Display handles PID control of process variables such as temperature, pressure, flow rate, pH, and liquid level. It can also calculate a diagnostic parameter, known as a health index, that helps predict failure of other equipment.
The controller consists of a display unit with a 3.5 inch QVGA LCD and touch panel, and a main unit that can execute PID control for up to 4 loops with a 10 ms input sampling cycle and ±0.1 %FS indication accuracy. The display unit and main unit can be installed separately for installation flexibility.
Ethernet, RS-485 serial communication, a micro SD memory card slot, a micro USB port, and 7 digital inputs/outputs are provided as standard. Setup, operation, and monitoring are easily accomplished using the display unit and the Smart Loader Package.
